Ages of Children

 

Junction Day Care Centre accepts all children between 2.5 and 12 years old. For more information, please visit our Programs page.

 

Waitlist

 

Yes, we have a waitlist. To get on the waitlist and to learn more, go to our Registration for Waitlist page.

 

Payment Assistance

 

We accept families receiving Child Care Subsidy assistance. Please indicate this when joining the waitlist on our Registration page. To learn more about Child Care Subsidies, please visit the City of Toronto website or by calling 311. Junction Day Care Centre is enrolled in the Canada Wide Early Learning Child Care Program (CWLECC). This program provides government funding to help reduce the cost of child care for children from 0 to 6 years old. Please contact the centre for more information about this program. Visiting

 

You can still visit us by appointment. Please go to contact us to schedule a tour. Onsite visits are encouraged and can be accommodated once space availability is confirmed and prior to an actual start date.

 

Food Provided

 

We provide morning and afternoon snacks and a hot lunch to our Preschool programs. For FDK and School Age Before and After School programs, we offer two snacks- morning and afternoon. Food is provided by Wholesome Kids Catering. Please see the link under our Program Heading to check out what is on the menu currently.

 

Hours & Closures

 

The daycare regular hours are from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. We operate full day programs on all school holidays i.e. PA days, March Break, Winter Break and Summer. The daycare is closed on all Canadian Statutory Holidays, including Easter Monday, as well as the week between Christmas and New Years Day.
